Shipping:
All my items are made to order. Once you have placed an order, it will be processed and shipped within 2-7 working days.Nuli by Lilly ships worldwide. The shipping price will be calculated at the checkout.
Delivery time:
- Germany: 1-2 working days
- EU: 2-5 working days
- Everywhere else: 3-7 working day
Please be aware, duty or custom charges are non-inclusive.
The customer is responsible for these expenses.
Nuli by Lilly is not responsible for potential delays caused by the shipping company.
Returns:
If the product is not to your liking, you have 15 days to return the product. Please write me an email at nulibylilly[@]gmail[.]com with your order number and reason for return. The return cost must then be paid by the customer.
Damages:
Damaged your earring? Snapped the string to your ring but still have all the pieces? If your piece has broken due to wear and tear, but you still have all the parts, you can send the piece to me to repair for free.
If new material is needed an extra fee will be charged, so please make sure all parts of the piece are included. Shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
